We are currently looking for an Office Administrator
Our busy sameday courier office, in Castle Donington, requires a passionate, committed, outgoing administrator to deal with all aspects of internal and operational administration. Our company is progressive, growing and needs an additional dedicated member of staff to work on a range of varied and interesting task areas, assuming full responsibility for many of these.
You must be confident, well-organised, self-motivated and able to work either alone or as part of our friendly team. You will report directly to the Managing Director.
You will need these qualities:
Excellent communication skills with a professional, friendly telephone manner
Excellent IT skills (MS Office and in-house system – full training will be given)
A methodical and conscientious approach to your work with good record keeping skills and keen attention to detail.
You will be:
A people person able to deal professionally with colleagues, clients and suppliers at all levels.
A genuine team player with a lively personality, a flexible approach to the role and willing to take on additional responsibility during seasonal peaks
You should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a commercial environment.
Salary to start at £18,000 pa.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am till 6pm (some flexibility may be required)
